1. General Information

• Pebbles Greenfield offers premium residential units in Wakad, Pune, designed for modern living.
• Project specifications, layouts, and amenities are subject to change based on legal or quality requirements.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed after payment of the required amount as outlined in the agreement.
• It is essential to adhere to the payment schedule; delays may lead to penalties or cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be processed according to the terms mentioned in the sale agreement.
• If applicable, refunds will be processed after deducting administrative and cancellation fees.

4. Possession and Handover

• Possession will be provided as per the timelines mentioned in the agreement, subject to unavoidable delays.
• Handover will occur after all dues, including taxes and maintenance charges, are settled.

5. Maintenance and Community Guidelines

Residents are expected to follow community guidelines and contribute to the upkeep of shared spaces. Maintenance fees must be paid as specified in the agreement.

6. Modifications and Rights

Pebbles Greenfield reserves the right to modify project plans or amenities in compliance with legal regulations or to enhance project quality.

7. Compliance with Laws

All transactions and operations are governed by applicable laws, including RERA. Residents are required to comply with relevant regulations and tax obligations.

8. Force Majeure

Pebbles Greenfield will not be held liable for delays due to factors beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, arbitration will be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Pune, in English.

10. Amendments

Pebbles Greenfield reserves the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated appropriately.
